Staircases for the social project (30.08.2010)

Riga council has starteded to realize a five social residential buildings on Ulbrokas Street in Riga, and Consolis Latvia produces the staircase and platform elements for the whole complex.

Project is being realized by “Rīgas pilsētbūvnieks” Ltd. The construction works is going very rapidly and it shows that three buildings will be done till the end of this year.

Project is organized in two stages. At the first stage is being constructed three residential buildings, where is designed 168 one room apartments, 192 – two room, 73 – three room, 48 – four room apartments. At the second stage there will be constructed two buildings within 312 apartments and many-storey parking. The plan of these buildings is still in the process, depending from the number of families who are waiting in cue for a settlement.
